Test Team Coordinator Full-Time workshop position based out of our Dundalk Facility with occasional trips to our other facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work closely with onsite, in-house and business partner teams.
- Ensuring that customer expectations are met.
- Adhering to health, safety and environmental policies always.
- Improving onsite service delivery processes and policies and preparation of methodology statements.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the Electrical test team.
- Keeping the test team informed on delivery dates, process improvements, training requirements etc.
- Manage Overtime, annual leave, sick pay approval requests.
- Complete Annual reviews.
- Manage Recruitment needs.
- Manage Block release / paperwork of apprentices if & when required.
- H&S compliance / uniform boots etc.
- Manage Training.
- Manage KPI’s / Output targets.
- Attend meetings, daily, weekly as requested with clear up to date data.
- Assisting the Production manager in Managing Project Progress.
- Liaising with other teams to assist the Test Team in meeting targets.
- Liaising with Engineering and Design to ensure adherence to quality expectations.
- Mentoring and Coaching of Test team members.
- Involvement in developing Lean initiatives, process improvements and SOP’s
Key Experience and qualifications & Skills
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hold a QQI Level 6 qualification or greater
- Excellent Knowledge of switchgear manufacturing and electrical schematics
- Experience in team management
- Prior management training
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Quality driven with excellent attention to detail to ensure the best-in-class product
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SS, proficient etc
- Experience of Lean Manufacturing processes
- Ability to travel nationally as required
