We are seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Marketing Executive to join our growing global marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative self-starter with a passion for storytelling, digital engagement, and brand development. You will play a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
(email, social media, content, paid media, events, etc.) - Create compelling content for digital platforms including blogs, newsletters,
social media, and website - Maintain and update the company website
- Monitor and respond to social media messages, schedule posts, and support
the development of the social media calendar with the Marketing Manager - Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials
- and brand asset
Sales & Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and deliver impactful
customer presentations - Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
and campaign alignment
Events, Sponsorship & Brand Engagement
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, trade shows, memberships
and award ceremonies - Support day-to-day sponsorship activities and manage incoming requests
- Occasionally travel to other office locations across the North-East as required
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities,
and customer preferences - Perform competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and positioning
Administrative & Operational Support
- Prepare and submit award applications to enhance brand visibility
- Manage inventory and distribution of branded merchandise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1-2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or global environment
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a self-starter attitude
- Leadership qualities and ambition to grow the role
- Campaign & Brand Management experience
- Proven skills in both digital and direct marketing channels
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Excellent written, proofreading and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
