This role works closely with logistics team members, acting as a critical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal customers, providing exceptional customer service by recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options.
- Investigate and handle any order fulfilment or delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Keep customers informed throughout the order process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Liaise with third-party logistics companies, resolving queries and providing necessary updates as required.
- Efficiently manage all administration tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing streamlined processes.
- Ensure accurate data processing into relevant company systems to maintain data integrity.
- Analyze supply chain data and develop reports to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and determine optimal inventory levels to minimize lead times.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing the supply chain.
- Uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for purchasing, inventory management, and transportation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working within a Supply Chain/logistics environment advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in Transport or Logistics administration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to meet business demands and deadlines.
- A team player who can also work independently and proactively.
- Computer literate with an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Strong relationship management skills to foster and maintain supplier partnerships.
- Familiarity with local, national, and international regulations related to the supply chain.
