At Hanley Energy we activated our initial response to Coronavirus on 05th February 2020 and have continued to adapt our plans to limit the impact of the Coronavirus to our business operations and the services we deliver to you, our customers, Partners & Stakeholders. In addition, we have now taken the responsible and social steps to reduce the impact on our employees and their families across our global footprint.
At present we have no cases of Coronavirus reported within Hanley Energy, a position which is monitored daily. However, based on the advice of the respective Governments in the countries we deliver solutions, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organisation we decided this week to implement a remote working policy alongside a revised manufacturing process which includes shift working and adjustments to workplace practices.
Despite the current low risk of infection across our global centres we have implemented this plan early, which allows the business to test its processes and ensure we have a robust business continuity plan. Above all the safety of our employees, their families, the wider community and you our customers is paramount.
As a leading provider of technology and integration services we have built our operations and business process on modern cloud infrastructure and collaboration tools, allowing seamless business operations – without impacting customer experience in any way.
We are working closely with our supply chain and logistics partners to ensure production challenges are mitigated. Again, monitoring the situation on a daily basis has and will continue to underpin our business continuity.
For any technical support, you should continue to use our GTPS (Global Technical Product Support) service as normal. For sales related enquires, please continue to contact your respective sales and service managers.
