Key Responsibilities:
- System Installations: Support, undertake, and oversee system installations, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with onsite, in-house, and business partner teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Fault-Finding Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of electrical and control systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer expectations are met with high-quality service and solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
- Process Improvement: Enhance onsite service delivery processes, policies, and prepare detailed methodology statements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified electrician with relevant trade qualifications.
- Knowledge of switchgear manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with PLC functionality, control systems, and panel wiring.
- Knowledge of BMS or HVAC control systems (desirable).
- Experience with electrical instrumentation (advantageous).
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
