  • Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and provide timely progress updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Controls, Projects and other internal departments to resolve technical issues and customer escalations.
  • Work closely with internal Controls teams to manage engineering resource requirements for maintenance activities.
  • Review technical issues relating to EPMS, SCADA, communication networks and associated control systems, engaging the appropriate technical teams where required.
  • Oversee the resolution of EPMS / Controls system faults, ensuring technical issues are investigated, corrective actions are agreed and systems are restored to normal operation.
  • Lead regular customer meetings, providing updates on maintenance activities, open issues and planned work.
  • Prepare and review maintenance reports, customer updates and support service documentation.
  • Prepare and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), maintenance plans and technical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer service records and maintenance information using a Salesforce-based platform.
  • Liaise with relevant departments regarding quotations, commercial approvals and additional maintenance requirements.
  • Support regional service partners with technical information, maintenance scheduling and customer requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies, technical standards and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, maintenance planning and internal processes.

Qualifications Education and Experience

  • Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Controls or related Engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an EPMS / Controls engineering or related technical environment.
  • Previous technical experience working with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) and associated control systems.
  • Good understanding of SCADA systems, PLCs, industrial communication networks and control system architecture.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU and OPC.
  • Experience with Ignition would be an advantage.
