Hanley Energy’s David O’Coimin and Dennis Nordon were at the Cyber Leaders’ Lunch this month, organised by the ICTTF at the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin.
David took the opportunity to speak with Bronagh Lyons, Director of Operations at Ciber Risk International and Host of Cyber Risk TV on current cyber threats and trends which are facing the Global Energy, Power and IT sphere.
One of the key topics they discuss are the benefits to a business of participation in Cyber threat events like this one and the importance of understanding, learning & mitigating as a community to enforce cyber prevention.
They also introduce Hanley Energy’s range of IT infrastructure, Critical Power and Energy Efficient solutions and the importance within our business model of keeping ahead of the cyber risk curve and the detrimental impact threats can have on organisations like ours, with an interesting International example.
